Art Anderson celebrates team with Art Anderson Days! For more than 40 years, Art Anderson has set aside a special week each year to celebrate our incredible team—AA Days. It’s our way of saying thank you for the hard work, dedication, and teamwork that make this company thrive. The week is always packed with great food, fun events, and the kind of memories that remind us of why we love what we do.
“What started as a lighthearted addition to our annual company meetings years ago”, as President & CEO Ben Anderson puts it, “AA Days has grown into a much-anticipated tradition that brings all of our staff together for a week of celebration.”
A Week of Food, Fun, and Connection
AA Days is all about stepping back from the daily routine to celebrate our shared accomplishments. Here’s a glimpse of what’s in store at Art Anderson this week!:
- Delicious meals: Each team takes a turn hosting a meal, and the results never disappoint—think breakfast bars, taco feasts, and snacks – lots and lots of snacks!
- Fun and games: From trivia to STEM challenges to the legendary Arty Awards on Friday’s closing ceremony, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. It’s a chance to laugh, compete, and connect with coworkers.
- Company meetings—but better: Yes, we still do actual work and we offer employment benefit workshops during AA Days, but we keep the week lively, engaging, and yes—actually enjoyable.
- Giving back: During the week our staff will be collecting basic hygiene and school supplies for Bremerton’s High Schools new Free Panty. This station will be serve yourself for kids that need it.
More Than Just a Good Time
While AA Days is all about having fun, it’s also a time to recognize one another and strengthen our team. Throughout the week, we take time to reflect on our successes, connect socially, and build deeper bonds across departments. Each year, we also come together around a community-focused initiative—an opportunity for everyone at Art Anderson to give back and make a positive local impact.
