n.a.d. park master site plan

N.A.D. Park is a 50.87 acre community park featuring a disc golf course, basketball court, picnic shelters and a playground. This project included a comprehensive master site plan including accessibility and transportation analysis, land use and zoning criteria, utility consideration, environmental assessment of existing site conditions, recreational needs, and opportunities. Significant stakeholder and community outreach was performed given the potential impact to the region. This report was prepared by Art Anderson for the City of Bremerton.
